Today I’m  going to reveal 7 ridiculously  simple techniques for burning belly fat quickly without pills, extreme starvation methods or fad diets…

1. Every day, start your day with a green smoothie or a splash of lemon juice  in 8 oz of water –

This will help  digestion by flushing out toxins within your digestive tract. It can also help with bloating and indigestion as well as inflammation and will start your day with a concentrated burst of invigorating nutrients.

2. Eliminate processed sugars and processed foods (including “diet” foods) – 

Sugary sweets and processed foods often contain refined sugars and artificial ingredients that raise blood sugar and increase fat storage around the midsection. This absolutely includes many “diet” foods who use extra salt or manufactured “sugar” substitutes that can wreak havoc with your gut.

Try fresh fruit with a couple of almonds when you’re craving something sweet.

3. Eat plants in abundance –

One of the best ways to banish belly fat forever is to eat vegetables at all or most meals.

This will be provide your body with the essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and electrolytes it needs to maintain a naturally lean body without counting calories. It will also help keep you full 🙂  Here at Fitness St. Pete, we coach our clients to eat the protein off their plates FIRST, followed by the vegetables and finishing up with the “carbs”.

4.  Hydrate – 

Each day you should drink 64 ounces plus several ounces per pound of body fat you want to lose.  Staying hydrated will help aid in digestion and it also helps the body flush any harmful toxins that may be draining your energy.

Thirst often masks itself as hunger and drinking enough water can also help curb mindless eating when you’re not actually hungry.

5. Eat fiber rich foods – 

Eating 20 -25 grams of fiber per day can greatly decrease fat around your midsection by keeping you fuller and keeping you, er, regular.

Try to include fiber-rich foods like fruits, veggies, legumes, beans and whole grains at each meal!

6. Cut back on dairy and gluten (or eliminate them completely) – 

By now  you most likely know  already know that both dairy & gluten are hard for your body to digest and can cause inflammation and bloating.

Removing gluten and limiting dairy from your diet for a period of time can help aid digestion and increase fat burning.
