How this 56 year old executive FINALLY stuck with a fitness program lost 30 lbs, reduced medications and improved her self confidence. As a St Pete Personal Training and Weight Loss for over 20 years, I have to say, Joanne is one of the most kind and consistent people ever to come into one of our Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Classes in St. Petersburg, Fl. Joanne started with our Signature 14 Rapid Results Program back in February of 2018 focused and on a mission. She wasn’t quite sure what to expect because she had never stuck with a fitness program for long.
Overweight , sedentary for years and living in a body with a variety of issues, aches and pains, she was looking for results that and a plan that would fit into her work and social life.
After she came to try a group personal training session at North Shore Park and talked to some of our members, she decided to give it a try for 2 Weeks.
She Came In Ready To Trust The Process And Follow The Program And That She Did. Soon, The Weight Started Dropping Off, The Strength Came And She Started Guiding And Inspiring Others.
When I say committed, I mean REALLY committed. Despite frequent travel for work, luncheons and dinners out and a husband who is a chef, Joanne always figured out a way to do her best.

How long have you been doing a Fitness St Pete Boot Camp Program and why did you start? I started in March of 2018 because my family has a history of illness and I didn’t want to follow suit.
What kinds of results have you achieved so far? I lost 30 lbs and over 30 inches so far. Even better, my back and knees are better! What are the two or three biggest benefits you’ve experienced since becoming a St Pete Boot Camp Group fitness member? I’ve had a reduction in meds and better overall wellness
Where did you grow up? New Hampshire originally, then Florida
Hobbies/Interests outside of camp?
Food How has your fitness level/health improved since becoming a Fitness St Pete Boot Camp I Tierra Verde Fitness group training member? Weight loss and physical fitness contribute to my health and my self confidence. Overall I feel better about myself.
