St Pete Personal Trainer Approved Mango Salsa Recipe

Happy Spring  from your St. Pete  Personal Trainer for over 50 bodies !  I cannot even we are into Spring 2018 already but this weather does not lie!

Thanks to Coach Pete, I’ve had lots of extra time to create more content  along with our  14 Day Rapid Results Program and I have really appreciated all of your wonderful feed back from our facebook lives like today’s “How To Stop Over Eating in 10 Simple Steps”, blog posts and emails and have been working hard to create the content you have asked for.

One of the biggest requests has been recipes which I post every Wednesday in our  FREE, Private Facebook Community St Pete & Tierra Verde’s Fit Over 50 . In my facebook live I talked about eliminating over eating once and for all by using “secrets” like MUFAS and and fiber rich foods so, today, I want to share one of my all time favorite recipes with you that includes both.

 

Mango Salsa

INGREDIENTS:

(Compliments of PaleoSimplified.com)

*4-6 servings
Serving Size is ½ cup

• 2 mangos (peeled & cubed)
• 1 purple onion (peeled & diced)
• 2 kiwi (peeled & diced)
• 1 jalapeno (seeds removed, minced)
• 1 red pepper (seeds removed, diced)
• 1 avocado (peeled & diced)
• 1 tomato, diced
• Juice of 1 lime
• Bunch of cilantro, chopped
• ½ tsp. sea salt

Mix ingredients in a bowl & refrigerate for 2 hours.
