Overnight Raspberry Coconut Chia Pudding For Fat Loss
As a personal trainer in St. Petersburg Florida for over 20 years, one of the biggest requests I get are weight loss recipes that are quick, easy, tasty and will keep you full through hectic schedules.
Overnight chia puddings are a great choice if you’re busy in the morning and still want a hearty, refreshing breakfast that will keep you full.
This version is made with raspberries to double the fiber punch but you can easily substitute with  any berries. Fiber is a nutrient that helps burn more fat making weight loss faster and easier so we teach our members how to sneak it into EVERYTHING possible.
I also add 1 scoop of protein powder to add 30g of protein per serving
Don’t want to use honey? Try a few chopped dates to sweeten it up! (it’s pretty sweet with the mixed berries and protein powder).
OVERNIGHT RASPBERRY COCONUT CHIA PUDDING FOR FAT LOSS
INGREDIENTS:
(Serves 2)
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk (you also can use almond or other nut milk if you’d like)
1 cup chopped raspberries (frozen or fresh, your choice!)
1 tablespoon (to taste) of honey
Dash of vanilla
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in a glass container and stir well. Cover the container and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
When it’s time to eat, place serving in a bowl and garnish with an optional teaspoon of almond slivers.
