Ate Too Much This Week End? Here’s What To Do.
HAPPY Sunday from Dianne Villano and YOUR St. Pete Personal Trainer!! Â If you are like me, you are getting back on track and back on schedule after the week end of enjoying fabulous weather and all that St. Pete has to offer so, I will make this quick!
I hope you had a fantastic  week end with family and friends and have been able to put the tips and nuggets from my newsletter.
Being a personal trainer and fitness coach, folks are often surprised at my response when  I talk about indulging.
The reality is that life is about balance. If you have been around a while, you know I live by the 80/20 rule for food. Just like any “Normal” person, I  go off the rails sometimes. If you are like Bella, Nalah and I, you may have the best of intentions over the  week end but may overindulge a bit. Here is the best advice you will ever hear ……
.…Cut your losses, don’t worry about it, move on and get back on track….. NOW (seriously, it’s how I’ve maintained a 40 lb weight loss for over 30 years and how our clients have lost thousands of pounds over the past 22 years.. and kept them off)
Regular readers of  Fat Loss U and our  newsletter and social media followers  (thank you by the way) know that I don’t use the word “mistake” often. A mistake is something you do unintentionally. Over eating heavy foods and desserts and drinking extra cocktails is a conscious choice.
The good news is , it is one  that will do minimal long term damage if you get back on track NOW.
Most people eat & drink too much on the week end especially during the summer.Â
The key is not letting a few days (or even a few weeks) of bad habits turn into a few weeks or months  of bad habits (and additional lbs).
Unfortunately, many  people are well on their way to letting the summer festivities completely derail their New Year’s goals completely. Come the end of summer with an additional 10-15 pounds and these people will be wishing they had made better decisions and will  come flooding into our group fitness training programs  or In-home & Outdoor Park Personal Training program hysterically wanting to get “back on track”.
The great news is that there are a few simple and FREE ways for you to get back in shape starting TODAY because there is no reason to wait until until 1 bad week end become one bad week, or month or year … (or, longer).
I would much rather see you in a fit, firm body you LOVE come next New Years coming to me to tweak and fine tune your body  than cringing at the sight of yourself as you try to squeeze into clothes that no longer fit.
I have lost count of how many times I’ve gone into strategy sessions in September and was  met with someone totally in a panic (often times in tears)  about not  being comfortable in their fall clothes.
As a thank you to our loyal readers, Facebook Followers and newsletter subscribers, I’m going to help you for FREE. It wont’ be without effort, but losing the bloat and crud and getting back on track isn’t as hard as most people make it out to be.
If you have 5-25 pounds (or more) to lose then here’s what to do:
Jump into the FSP Signature Sugar Detox Challenge FREE by hitting the green title. You’ll get 5 fab smoothie recipes and my 2 most popular reports “How To Speed Up Your Metabolism in 5 Easy Steps” and “How To End Carb Cravings” PLUS a step by step action plan AND personal coaching from me.
