Chicken & Avocado Salad 

Not a day has gone by in the past 21 years that I’ve not been asked for a quick and easy weight loss recipe that tastes great .

I wanted to share one of our most popular recipes to date because it is tasty, filling and contains lots of MUFAS to help your body burn more fat.

Serves 8: 

Ingredients:

4 avocados – peeled, pitted and diced
1 pound grilled skinless, boneless chicken breast, diced
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
Balsamic Vinegar To Taste

Directions: 

In a medium bowl, combine the avocado, chicken, onion and cilantro.
Pour the balsamic vinaigrette over everything, and toss lightly to coat.

Exchanges  per serving: 17g Protein, 2 fats
