Deb is one of the most motivated people ever to come into our Group
Fitness Training Programs.
After seeing a Fitness St. Pete Facebook ad for our personal trainers and weight loss Programs, she started with us for our Hot For The Holidays Challenge in December. With a several can a day soda habit , an over 50 body and decades of dieting attempts, she was on a mission to “get get healthy” after a less than fabulous experience with another program.
While most people around her were packing on the pounds and waiting “for New Years”, she arrived in 2017 in a body that looked and felt awesome.
Not only is she committed and gives 110% every time, she made her workouts when most people would have found excuses to miss. Deb (or Debbie DO as we like to all her) call her) is a striking source of inspiration to anyone over 5o who thinks they have to settle less than the body they deserve because of their age or past “dieting failures” !
When I say committed, I mean really committed. Not only did she kick a 20 plus year soda habit, she managed to drop 10 pounds and 13 ” through Holidays Parties and an office full of people bringing in cookies and cakes and pigging out waiting until New Years to “start their diet” !

Where did you grow up? St. Petersburg
Hobbies/Interests outside of camp? Shopping, traveling, arts/crafts festivals, the beach and watching my son play baseball.
Favorite Fitness St Pete Group Fitness Training exercise? The foam roller is great. I have never used this method before and it works.
How long have you been doing a Fitness St Pete Group Personal Training program and why did you start? Started on 11/29/16 as I was concerned about my health.
What kinds of results have you achieved so far? More commitment to fitness and a better awareness of the foods I am eating.
What are the two or three biggest benefits you’ve experienced since becoming a group personal training member? I have lost 10 pounds and 13 inches.
How has your program compared with your expectations? It is everything I had hoped for and more. The personal support is more than I had anticipated and much appreciated
Please describe how your Fitness St Pete Group Personal Training Program has specifically helped you achieve success with your fitness level, fitness goals or health? It has provided the motivation that I needed, and the personal, one-on-one attention received is the best.

What would you say to someone on the fence about making a change & committing to their goals? Go for it!
