Tony is THAT GUY that everyÂ
group personal training program wants as a member. He is the guy everyone likes who can always be partnered with a new comer to take under his wing. Not only is he committed and gives 110% every time, he is always ready to lend a hand (or back) and a word of inspiration to
others of every level.
When I say committed, I mean really committed. He works full time at his “9 – 5” job but also works building his own business which often requires very late nights. In 7 months of camp, he never missed ONE session even if it meant rolling out of bed and arriving (from across town) on 2 or 3 hours of sleep. He also brought us one of our other favorite hard chargers, Megan T and our favorite furry camper Fox . Oh, and did I mention, he’s over 50 ?

Hobbies/Interests outside of camp? Renovating houses, Triathlon
Favorite Fitness St Pete Group Fitness exercise? Burpees
Least favorite Fitness St Pete Group Fitness  exercise? It’s all good !
How has your fitness level/health improved since becoming a Fitness St Pete Group Fitness member ? Fitness improved to no end
What kinds of results have you achieved so far? I lost 10lbs, strength increased. I’m a triathlete so everything we do is in a straight line sometimes it’s the little balance muscles or lateral motion muscles that give out and hold you up we can get very out of balance without cross-training
What are the two or three biggest benefits you’ve experienced since becoming a group member? Increased my social circle, watching the sunrise over tampa bay, starting the day right and mitigating knee problems after a surgery

What would you say to someone on the fence about making a change & committing to their goals? Try it, first times free and you never know… especially we triathletes who know everything
