Chicken & Avocado Salad 

As a fitness professional who specializes in weight loss programs in St Pete & Tierra Verde  for busy men and women over 40, not a day has gone by in the past 21 years that I’ve not been asked for a quick and easy weight loss recipe that tastes great .

Serves 8: 



4 avocados – peeled, pitted and diced
1 pound grilled skinless, boneless chicken breast, diced
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
Balsamic Vinegar To Taste




In a medium bowl, combine the avocado, chicken, onion and cilantro.
Pour the balsamic vinaigrette over everything, and toss lightly to coat.
